Acche Din !!

We Indians are never really satisfied. We opt for more and more. Often we see ourselves as the only critic available in India and we start critising and alas we never stop !! (See that's the thing with us). Talking about our honourable prime minister Narendra Modi, who rose to power in the summer of 2014 (after driving the whole nation crazy and winning an absolute majority), is under severe scrutiny these days. '[Acche Din aane walen hain]' was the only prevailing dialogue back then, then we are down to this day where he is repeatedly criticised for one thing or the other. I am not a prime supporter of BJP but just looking at the facts, you will realise it too. According to me Narendra Modi's journey from a poor street boy to the Prime Minister of India is an inspiring story in itself but people find a fault even in that journey. He has been an unstoppable force since being elected as the Prime Minister of India. Well you do not believe me ?? You will, after reading this blog.
Modi and his government has been trying really hard to fill the expectations of the people. First of all, we have 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan'- an attempt to eradicate the unhygenic conditions prevailing in the society. Then we have 'Jan Dhan Yojana'- a scheme that brought tremendous amount of money to India's banking system. Then 'Make In India'- a national scheme for adding the innovation factor as well as the jobs in India. (Well you are not satisfied, then let me continue !!) Establishing relations with the neighbours is one of the most important quality which Modi has, and indeed this quality has boosted India's confidence a lot. Developing deep realtions with China, Japan, Nepal, Bhutan, USA has been icing on the cake. Recently he was successfull in inviting Mr. Barak Obama to the Republic Day celebrations in the country, thereby deepening the ties between the two nations. He has also divoted his attention towards economic reforms and policy implementation. Overall his government has never been afraid of reforms.
Well i hope his negative image has somehow been reduced by now. If not, then you need to go through his speeches (available on YouTube), and see how his magical words truly inspire a lot of people all over the world. The problem lies in the mindset of the people. We always see the glass as half empty, rather than half full. Instead of looking at the ten good qualities, we search for a negative one and start the blame game. Have faith, he will take India to new heights.
